ADS is the manufacturer or EZNews News Production and Automation Systems. EZNews users who are covered by our Support / Updates / Warranty program can obtain support services by email, fax or telephone.
EZNews users cann access Help Utilities for the major components of EZNews by clicking this link to our Online Help system. Be advised that the Online Help system is updated frequently and may be for a newer version of EZNews than the one you have installed on your server.
EZNews Software Updates are available via our Client Login page. The Download Manager requires an approved user account.
ADS business hours are 8:30am - 5pm CT, Monday through Friday. Customers can obtain routine technical support during business hours. Nights and weekends, technical support can be obtained by leaving a voicemail with our automated attendant (608-785-1415).
